What We Do

Fedcap Rehabilitation Services is a social enterprise that provides an array of services to youth and adults, as well as businesses. We help thousands each year graduate from high school, obtain vocational certification or a college degree, become work ready, obtain meaningful employment and achieve long term economic wellbeing. We employ graduates and others referred to us to provide business services that keep government agencies and businesses running.

Our Business Services

Fedcap Rehabilitation is one of the country’s largest nonprofit providers of Total Facilities Management & Business Solutions, serving a wide array of federal, state, municipal and commercial customers. Through jobs with competitive wages and advancement potential, we empower people with barriers to achieve economic independence.

Workforce Development Services

Fedcap Rehabilitation provides individuals with several paths to an education that prepares them for long term economic wellbeing.

How we can prepare you for work

  • Career Design School teaches adults hands-on skills to succeed in a range of industries
  • Fedcap School helps students ages 13-21 classified with cognitive, multiple, or behavioral disabilities to succeed and thrive into adulthood
  • Vocational Rehabilitation provides a full range of workforce development services for individuals with disabilities from career assessment through work readiness training leading to job placement and post-employment support.
