Fedcap Solution Series ― Building Road Maps to Lasting Change

The Fedcap Solution Series gathers employers, nonprofits, advocates and other thought-leaders to analyze the barriers between Americans and economic independence — and to develop informed and actionable plans to break through those barriers.

Each event is followed by initiatives to Keep the Conversation Going.

The Solution Series launched on Nov. 11, 2011 – Veterans Day – with a panel discussion about a major local and national challenge: the disconnect between veterans and jobs.  

"Connecting Veterans to Jobs: They've done their job. It's time to do ours" featured a lively dialogue among a distinguished panel of experts and an audience of 140.
