Each year, 3,000 New Yorkers trade dependency for economic self-sufficiency thanks to Fedcap. Our training programs and support services give individuals the skills and confidence they need to succeed at work. Our graduates obtain jobs at private companies or with Fedcap.
Every day, Fedcap demonstrates that employing people with disabilities makes business sense. With a workforce of 600 people at more than 25 locations, Fedcap is one of the largest employers of people with disabilities in the region. Our workers deliver high quality building, office and industrial services throughout the NYC area.
