Fedcap is known for the quality of our programs and high rate of success in helping people achieve their employment goals. We are one of the largest providers of vocational rehabilitation services in NYS. We pride ourselves on the individualized attention we give to each person.
Vocational Evaluation: Fedcap provides testing and skills assessment to determine a person’s work abilities and outline a path to employment.
Vocational Rehabilitation Services: Fedcap offers vocational counseling, training, job placement and job retention services to people with disabilities. Training programs include custodial and mailroom/messenger services.
Home Health Aide Training: Fedcap trains and employs certified home health aides who provide in-home care to patients throughout the metropolitan area.
Fedcap Career Design School: Fedcap’s licensed Business and Trade school is open to people seeking a career in culinary arts, data entry, hospitality operations, office skills, or security operations.
Chelton Loft: The Loft is a member-oriented clubhouse program for people with a history of serious mental illness.
Youth Services: Prepares at-risk youth with and without disabilities, ages 17 to 22, to manage the responsibilities associated with living mature, productive, and self-sufficient lives through education, career exploration and vocational planning. Youth Services provides youth-focused skills training and ultimately entrance into the workforce |
