Fedcap Career Design School’s campus is located at 119 West 19th Street, between 6th & 7th Avenues. Tuition is accepted through a variety of third party payers, including the New York State Office of Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities (VESID), the Commission for the Blind and Visually Handicapped (CBVH), the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and others.
