Fedcap is an approved preferred source provider for federal, state and local government agencies. We offer socially responsible outsourcing—high quality services and products that meet government’s needs and are provided by workers with severe disabilities.

Federal government agencies contract with Fedcap through the Ability One Program. Ability One matches federal contracts with qualified community rehabilitation programs that train and employ people with disabilities.

NYS and NYC government agencies contract with Fedcap under the NYS Preferred Source Program, administered by NYS Industries for the Disabled (NYSID).

Once a contract becomes part of the Preferred Source Program, it does not have to be re-bid. We invite government agencies to call Fedcap first to discuss how we can help you to use preferred source.
