Fedcap Building Services delivery quality custodial and related services in over 15 million square feet of space at more than 40 locations.

Fedcap Building Services has offered custodial, food services, groundskeeping, and mechanical maintenance services since 1977. We also offer professional metal refinishing, as well as NYS licensed integrated pest management and security services.

Fedcap Building Services is well known for excellence throughout the industry, and is the standard-bearer for cleaning and custodial services within the vocational rehabilitation field.

Our more than 40 locations include some of the busiest sites in the Northeast:

• Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island National Monuments—This revered national treasure welcomes over five million visitors every year.
• Long Island Railroad/Penn Station—This busy transit hub, used by 200,000 commuters every workday, is kept clean by over 40 Fedcap workers with disabilities.
• 26 Federal Plaza—One of the largest Class A federal buildings in the country houses more than 10,000 federal employees.
• Capitol Visitors Center, Washington, D.C.—Fedcap maintains 580,000 square feet serving three million visitors a year as well as elected officials.
• Martin Luther King United States Courthouse, Newark, NJ—Fedcap cleans 354, 000 square feet of space at this busy federal courthouse complex.
• Fort Wadsworth, Staten Island—Fedcap Mess Attendants help prepare and serve meals at the Coast Guard galley.

Fedcap Building Services employs over 480 people with disabilities, all graduates of Fedcap’s highly regarded five-month custodial training program. Many of our team leaders and supervisors are also people with disabilities who have come through our program.
