All Fedcap vocational programs emphasize job readiness and customer service skills, in addition to practical and technical vocational knowledge inherent in each program. Each course of study is three to six months long and many are offered through Fedcap’s Career Design School -- a business and trade school licensed by the New York State Education Department.
Fedcap’s job placement services to both employer and employee are offered free of charge. Our staffing professionals also offer free follow-up services to our graduates to ensure a successful placement for both employee and employer. Fedcap is committed to facilitating our graduates’ transition from training to the workplace and nurturing a productive work environment for both parties.
