Barbara Rosen joined Fedcap in March 2011 to design and oversee internal and external communications strategies that further the nonprofit’s mission and objectives. Previously, Ms. Rosen was Executive Director of Communications at The Conference Board, Director of Communications at The American School in London, speechwriter to two U.S. Ambassadors to the Court of St. James’s, and a journalist for 20 years in London, Brussels, Paris and New York. Ms. Rosen received her Bachelor of Arts in Government/International Relations from Cornell University.
