Business Service Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Business Service Coordinator is responsible for a team of Account Managers who engage employers.

Location: The Bronx

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business development team to define and target markets and work campaigns – telesales, direct mail, etc. - to penetrate and grow business in these markets.
  • Set and implement a sector-based strategy for business development.
  • Research and identify employer targets within given sectors with the goal of securing multiple job orders with a focus on large volume and higher wage positions.
  • Lead a staff of Account Managers charged with generating orders from the business community for job placements and fulfillment.
  • Develop and install the processes and mechanics to ensure an organized and targeted go-to-market strategy.
  • Ensure that all Center’s database requirements from funder are met and consistently new processes are implemented.
  • Represent program and funder meetings.
  • Support Center Director with strategy and reporting designed to support all center operations.
  • Work co-operatively with all other departments and programs to ensure overall center success.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Business Development, preferably in the Staffing Industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4 or more years experience at management level in a business to business situation.
  • A demonstrated history of managing people and systems with ongoing training and cross-functionality, delivering solutions to your customers.
  • Experience working with senior management on strategic planning, budgeting and developing written business plans.

Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred.
