Fedcap is seeking an assistant instructor for its veteran specific Culinary Arts Training Course. The training course prepares veterans for entry level employment in the culinary field including positions in restaurants, cafeterias and catering companies. The course also introduces veterans to higher level managerial tasks needed to advance and succeed in the culinary industry. This position calls for someone who is a leader, a mentor, is creative, enthusiastic, and has a desire to teach.
