Theresa (Terry) O’Neill

Terry O’Neill has 35 years’ experience leading integrated administration, facilities management, building services and support functions for two major U.S. corporations. She has combined strong strategic planning, financial and project management expertise in coordinating the efforts of large and diverse professional/support staffs. Working with VIACOM as Vice President Facilities Management, Ms. O’Neill directed an integrated Facilities and Administrative Services management organization for a 600,000-square -foot complex in New York City. She was responsible for a $3-million operating budget and overseeing millions in capital expenditure budgets for special projects. Ms. O’Neill served as the direct liaison with landlords to plan and coordinate all aspects of property management, renovation and operations. Her scope of responsibility included the full range of corporate facilities projects, external consulting relationship management, contract negotiations, outsourcing, mechanical and office equipment acquisitions, employee and executive dining and security. Prior to joining VIACOM, Ms. O’Neill worked with CIT Financial Corporation, where she directed building services for a 280,000-square-foot, owner-operated and occupied corporate headquarters. She also orchestrated the relocation of the executive headquarters from New York City to New Jersey.

Ms. O’Neill holds an MBA in Management and a BPS in Management from Pace University. She joined the Fedcap Board in 2005.
