Jeanne Townend is Senior Vice President of Health, Education, and Social Programs and a member of the Executive Team at ICF International, the global professional services consulting firm. She has more than 20 years’ experience in consulting management in the government, commercial, and nonprofit sectors. Ms. Townend leads a staff of more than 800 consulting professionals in health, education, housing, international development, child welfare, justice programs, human services, and community development.
Ms. Townend is an economist and an expert in predicting market trends, building business, and financial strategy. She has significant expertise in consulting with government agencies and businesses that are implementing new programs. She is a leader in designing and implementing financially viable public-private partnerships. Her experience includes designing programs, conducting outreach and implementation, structuring and managing support systems, and monitoring and evaluating program results. Ms. Townend holds an MA in Economics from Brown University and a BA in Economics from the University of Rochester. She joined the Fedcap Board in 2011.
