Jack Cage is president of Cage Talent, which conducts executive search for corporations in the technology and financial services industries. For several clients, Cage Talent also assesses and trains executives, and assists organizations to enhance their performance. He also conducts behavioral and 360o assessments for both corporate and nonprofit firms.

Mr. Cage has been a partner at Heidrick & Struggles and Korn/Ferry. His executive search clients have included Cowen Group, Computer Associates, Satyam, Visa and Wells Fargo. He presents ongoing sessions in leadership and organizational performance at the U.S. State Department’s International Law Enforcement Academy where he has instructed senior executives from Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and Latin America.

Mr. Cage is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and received a doctorate in organizational psychology from Columbia University. He served as an Army officer for 22 years and retired as a colonel. During his career, he was a commander of infantry units, an assistant to senior generals and an information technologist.  He has been awarded three Legions of Merit, the Bronze Star and the Combat Infantryman’s Badge. He has led soldiers in combat and is an Airborne/Ranger. For several years, he has been listed in The Marquis Who’s Who of America, and in 2008-2009 in Who’s Who of the World. He joined the Fedcap Board in 2009.
